Perfectionism Leads to Procrastination


And all of that “putting off” sucks a lot of energy! If you have a goal in mind, start NOW. Don’t get overwhelmed by the WHOLE THING. Just identify your first step and take it.

  1. Make it your priority today: if you can’t take care of it entirely, take a baby step

  2. Put it on your calendar and tell someone about it for accountability

Once you’ve taken action, CELEBRATE the conscious choice you made and FEEL GOOD! Avoid beating yourself up for previous inaction and focus on the present. It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just needs some movement.
