CBT Virtual Workshop
Updated: Sep 24
Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to manage and even guard against stress, anxiety and depression? Good news: you can! Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a proven method for shifting our perspective and emotional state by using tools to break ingrained, negative habits of thought (we all have them).
I use CBT with my individual clients. However, learning these skills in a small group is FAR SUPERIOR to learning them in individual therapy. Why is this?
We learn through observation of others’ process as well as through our own.
We realize we are not alone in our struggles and challenges.
We have an opportunity to help others, which in turn helps us.
I have been practicing and teaching CBT for over 15 years. It has made a major difference in my ability to manage stress and anxiety and I know it can help you too. Let's work together to make 2021 the year to break out of our old patterns and thrive! Drop me a line to sign up.
