Mindfulness is the Way

How are you managing these days?

I know these past few months have taken me on an emotional roller coaster ride -- and it's not exactly over! I've certainly been doubling down on ALL of the coping tools I share with my clients. I'm not perfect, and I don't always get it right. But self-compassion and regaining control of my focus always serve to help me to find my center so I can proceed consciously. These are just two of the many benefits that Mindfulness practice offers.

Are you...

~Feeling Stressed & Overwhelmed?

~Having trouble managing your reactions?

~Needing support to create desired changes?

If you've answered "Yes" to any of the above, you could benefit from my upcoming virtual group Art of Living: Mindfulness Series for Resilience. Here are some of the results the last group reported:

~A more positive outlook;

~Strengthened relationships at home & work;

~Improved active listening;

~Increased consistency with self-care routines. Mindfulness teachings give us ways to become more present, intentional, compassionate and effective in every area of our lives, as it strengthens our ability to bring more calm and clarity as we navigate the challenges and choices we all face.

I hope you are finding ways to take care of yourself and manage all of the additional stress and uncertainty in our world right now. If you are interested or curious about this Mindfulness series, go to the Groups & Programs Tab for more information. Be sure to reach out, I'd love to see how I can help!
