Start the New Year with New Skills!

Updated: Sep 24

The new year is a great time to acquire new tools for increasing resilience.

I use CBT with my individual clients. However, learning these skills in a small group is FAR SUPERIOR to learning them in individual therapy. Why is this?

  • We learn through observation of others’ process as well as through our own

  • We realize we are not alone in our struggles and challenges

  • We have an opportunity to help others, which in turn helps us

I have been practicing and teaching CBT for over 15 years. It has made a major difference in my ability to manage stress, anxiety and emotional reactions. I know it can help you too. Let's set ourselves up to make 2021 the year to break out of our old patterns and thrive!
